Ingredients

  • Riya's Paratha (available in plain and wholemeal)

  • Vegetable of your choice e.g. bell pepper, onion, and tomato

  • Grated cheese

  • Pizza sauce (or Tomato Puree)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut your vegetables of choice into small pieces (bell pepper, onion, tomato).

Step 2

In a pan, lightly cook the paratha on each side (baring in mind you will cook it again in the oven).

Step 3

Place the cooked paratha in an oven tray and spread the pizza sauce (or tomato puree) on top.

Step 4

Add your toppings of choice (such as cheese, bell pepper, onion, tomato etc.).

Step 4

Place the paratha pizza in the oven (180 degree celsius) for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese and vegetables are cooked to your preference.

Step 4

Lastly, take out the paratha pizza, slice and serve it whilst it's warm.
