Parathas

Parathas are flatbreads that originate from the Indian Subcontinent and are usually more substantial than a chapatti. They are crispy on the outside when cooked,  with layers of dough on the inside. Traditionally making these from scratch would take hours to make as the process involves repeatedly layering and coating (a similar method used to make puff pastry). But we’ve taken the hard work out and these take 2-3 mins  to cook in a non-stick pan. No oil or butter required. Enjoy with your favourite dish or alongside Riya’s Original Recipe chai!
