Cooking Guidelines:
Take 80g of Peri Peri Mix, add 300ml water and 5tbs of oil. Mix to a smooth paste. Cut 1kg of chicken into cubes or strips and coat evenly. Marinate for 5 minutes.
Cook in the oven at gas mark 6/200°C oven for 20 - 30 mins.
For fan ovens, adjust cooking times accordingly. If using chicken on the bone, increase cooking time by 20 mins.
Ensure chicken is fully cooked and piping hot.
