Beef strips, mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, broccoli), soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, pepper

Tandoori Potatoes

Marinate beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned, then set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables, add beef back in, drizzle with sesame oil. Serve hot with rice.
