Our creative, quick and easy twist to the classic Pain au Chocolat, boasting a rapid ready in under 20 minutes time by the help of Riya's plain paratha for a hassle-free treat!
Ingredients 4 Servings
4 Riya's frozen plain parathas
8 chocolate sticks (2 per paratha au chocolat)
1 egg/milk (optional, for brushing)
Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Cooking Methods
Step 1
Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Leave the paratha out for 2 mins until it's slightly defrosted and pliable.
Step 3
Place 2 chocolate sticks on one edge of the paratha.
Step 4
Fold each side of the paratha over twice until they meet in the center.
Step 5
Lightly brush with egg/milk (optional) for a golden brown finish.
Step 6
Bake/Air Fry for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Step 7
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm! Enjoy your crispy chocolate-filled treat in no time!
