Cooking Methods


Step 1

Begin by cutting the lavash bread into strips roughly 2 inches wide.

 

Step 2

Then cut into triangles. 

 

Step 3

Arrange the triangle-shaped lavash pieces on a baking tray, ensuring you use baking paper, and distribute the pieces evenly.

 

Step 4

In a preheated oven (200°C), cook the lavash for 2-3 minutes or until the lavash chips turns brown and crisp.

 

Step 5

Remove the lavash chips from the oven and serve them with your favourite dip.
