Peri Peri Chicken Wrap
Start your day with a delicious, comforting breakfast made easy with Riya's Flaky Paratha. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, these parathas offer the perfect texture with minimal effort. For a tasty twist, add a filling of mixed vegetables, egg, cheese, and mixed herbs. This flavourful combination makes for a satisfying and nutritious breakfast.

40g Riya's Peri Peri Spice Mix

Riya's Naan (available in Garlic & Coriander, Plain, and Spicy)

500g Chicken Breast

1 Large Bell Pepper
-
5 Garlic Cloves
-
1 Large Onion
-
2tsp Oil (to Sauté)

Lemon Juice (half lemon)

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Salad of Choice (Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber)

Sauce - Optional (Mayo, Mint & Yoghurt Sauce etc.)
Cooking Methods
​​​Step 1
Rinse your vegetables thoroughly, then slice them into strip (bell peppers, onions, and garlic).​

Step 2
In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with 40g of Riya's Peri Peri spice mix and a splash of lemon juice. Mix well and set aside to marinate. ​

Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until they turn slightly translucent. Add the marinated chicken and cook for a few minutes. Then, toss in the chopped bell peppers and cook until everything is fully done. ​

Step 4​
Warm the naan in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1-2 minutes or grill it for 30 seconds until soft and slightly toasted. ​

Step 5
Assemble your wrap by placing your choice of salad in the centre of the warm naan. Add the Peri-Peri chicken on top, then drizzle with your favorite sauce (Mayo, Mint & Yogurt Sauce, etc.). Wrap it up and enjoy!
