1 to 1.5 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Methods
​​​Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil.​

Step 2
Dice the boiled potatoes and onion into small even cubes. ​​

In a bowl, combine the diced onion and potatoes with 1 - 1.5 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Mix well until all the flavours are evenly combined.​​

Assembling

Gently crack the top of the puri with a spoon to create a small opening for the filling.

Spoon 2 to 3 teaspoons of the boiled potato-onion filling into each puri, making sure not to overfill.

Serve the pani puri right away after adding the pani to maintain their crispiness. Enjoy them fresh before they get soggy! ​​​
