Chilli Paneer
Riya's Chilli Paneer is a breeze to make, bringing tasty Indo-Asian flavours to your plate super fast! Just coat the paneer, fry it until it's perfectly golden, and then toss it in a yummy sauce with crunchy veg. It's so quick and easy to whip up for a delicious meal that's bursting with flavour – no complicated steps needed!
Ingredients

​Riya’s 250g Diced Paneer

1 cup cornflour
-
1 Capsicum / Pepper cut into chunks
-
1x Spring or regular onion sliced
-
6 cloves crushed garlic
-
1" cube fresh ginger
-
2-3 sliced green chillies (depending on heat level required)

2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
-
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
-
1 tbsp fresh chopped Coriander for garnishing
Cooking Methods
​​​Step 1
Thoroughly coat Riya’s Paneer in cornflour & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large pan, Wok or medium size pot
Step 3
Add sesame seeds and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add sliced onions, garlic, ginger & chillies. Cooked on medium heat for 2-3 mins

Add fried paneer & peppers and mix thoroughly
Step 6
Add all 3 sauces & salt and then mix well, cover & cook for 5 mins on low - med heat.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped coriander & enjoy with Riya’s Naan, Noodles or Rice!
